- REQUEST FOR PHOTOS : I do not take more photos than those present on the site.
- SHELL AND COVER : Whether it is a normal shell or an Extended shell, it does not cover a coin 100%. As a general rule, we are closer to 80-90%, but it depends of the coins used. I DON’T MADE EXPANDED SINCE 2018.
- WHAT IS AN INSERT ? Typically, it’s a copper/silver that goes in a shell. But which is thinner than a normal piece so that once housed in a shell, it can be shown from both sides. Once assembled, the set looks like a normal part.
- HOW TO ORDER ? First create your account on the site and complete your profile by indicating your postal address, email and telephone. The terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders and are subject to the following conditions. They prevail over any other written or unwritten stipulation made by the customer. Any order implies full acceptance of these sales terms except for special conditions written by the seller at the time of order.
A to have a better follow-up, ALL DEMAND MUST BE DO BY MAIL (so no Facebook, no Messenger, no SMS; ..). Once it is established, it is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of its issuance.
The prices charged at the time of order are those in effect in the valid catalogue. Packaging and shipping costs are not included.
I have a preference for Bank transfer, ApplePay, GooglePay, BitCoin and cash money.
I also accept Paypal, but 5% is added to cover the paypal fees.
Every order will only be taken after full payment.
- MANUFACTURING DELAYS
Manufacturing my items only a few days a month, turn-over vary from 6 to 9 weeks. So, no need to contact me every week, it may happen that I do not manufacture for several weeks, while respecting my deadlines.
All shipment is carried out in “Colissimo” with declared value and insurance. I do not use DHL or UPS because their rates are 3 times higher.
- SHIPPING DELAY
– 2 days for France
– 7 days for Europe, International and Asia.
After shipping, a follow-up number of your order will be provided by email or SMS, available here. In the event of non-receipt within 10 days, contact me to initiate an administrative procedure with the carrier (21 days). The society cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier.
- FIXED SHIPPING PRICES (Official Rates)
Are included: packaging, shipping, insurance, follow-up and hand-delivered against signature.

A reception you have one week to issue reservations on the item received. The return can only apply to products that have no alteration and arrive in their original packaging. The cost and risks of transport are the responsibility of the customer. (Think about ensuring the value of the object, and most importantly, SIGN WHEN DELIVERED).
- RETURNS GOODS
In case you need to send me back an item, be sure to complete the CUSTOMS document indicating that it is A RETURN. And if you wanna send me your coins to build your order, indicate that the coins will be return to you. If you don’t do this, I will have to pay customs fees which I will be forced to re-invoice you.
All my items are guaranteed A LIFE against any hidden defects from the date of purchase (excluding accessories). If the item were found to be defective or unusable during this period, it would be repaired or replaced. However, it cannot be requested in the event of : Attempted repair/modify of the item by a person not affiliated with the society. Abnormal use of the item, bad maintenance, neglect (falls, …), normal wear (Teflon, …) … Put the pouch of your coins in a safe place, I will need it in the event of a replacement.
The society expressly reserves ownership of the goods delivered until their price is paid in full. In the absence of a full settlement, the company will be entitled to demand the immediate return of the delivered material. The costs that may be incurred for this refund will remain at the customer’s expense.
